C. 1940 Van Briggle "Columbine" Vase
Estimate: $125 - $175
Description: Van Briggle Pottery Ming Turquoise "Columbine" vase with mixed-case "Van Briggle" and "Colo Spgs" incised in a white clay with "38" for the finisher number. Note the yellowish shellac and residue on the bottom. This and the markings style are typical of items produced from the mid-1930s to 1940s.
